9. Dealerships
If you are a dealership based in Queensland, Australia, or operate a business within the automotive industry, you acknowledge that any consultancy services provided by Mode R Garage are in line with Queensland’s applicable laws, including but not limited to the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld) and any regulations related to the operation of automotive dealerships in Queensland. While Mode R Garage provides advisory and consultancy services, it does not engage in or facilitate the sale of motor vehicles, financing, or other activities directly related to 'standard' dealership operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your dealership complies with all legal requirements under Queensland law, including licensing, consumer protection, and other relevant statutory obligations. Mode R Garage will not be held liable for any non-compliance, claims, or damages arising from your dealership's failure to comply with such regulations.

10. Termination
Mode R Garage reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that Mode R Garage believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Site, or Mode R Garage’s interests.

11. Indemnity
